The Lunch Room = Phillis Engelbert + Joel Panozzo. Good friends and neighbors who love to cook together and feed people. They just opened The Lunch Room, a food cart that offers healthy, delicious and economical vegan food from April to November. Their goal was to raise $8,000 through Kick Starter but ended up getting $10,696 from 196 different backers. With the funds they bought a trailer, construction materials needed for the cabin extension, and cooking appliances. SO stoked on this project... totally inspiring.
